Adelaide again but only for a quick trip! Paid a visit to Bistro Blackwood, Clever Little Tailor, Acacia at Henley Beach, some wineries in McLaren Vale and Pizzateca! Whirlwind trip. Definitely, definitely finish your night always at Clever Little Tailor, start your morning at Henley Beach at Acacia and book in advance for Pizzateca - the Diabola is seriously the best pizza!
I have so much respect for everything that Astrid, Josh and Rob have done and continue to do. Josh's kitchen pick every time for me, and Astrid and Rob's wine/drink recommendations are always on point. Everything is taken care of when I go to Fleet, and I don't have to worry about a thing. Small restaurant (space), big, big heart!
The restaurant definitely lived up to the level excitement I felt when I walked in. The food, the fit out and the service, everything impeccable. The menu is split into omnivore and herbivore options, every dish enticing. The service; from the greeting at the door, to having each and every dish and drink explained at length, you get the sense the staff love what they do and love where they work. Their attitudes emanating to those that they are serving. Try it out, tell me if you agree.
