Something different from my normal posts and I realise there are at least 3 other "where to get yum cha" or "the best yum cha" articles. This is my personal preference post, because like pho and pad thai its very much personal preference! Where do I go for fresh and delicious Siu Mai (or Shumai) and xiao long bao. It's a short list.
Recently I was lucky to be invited to capture session three of Drinks with Chefs. Organised by Alanna Sapwell with supporters from the industry such as Fino Fine Foods, Porkstars and The Falls Farm, it is the opportunity for #hospoonly to spend a day with industry mentors, researches and forward-thinking farmers to share food, drinks and progressive ideas. The third session took the group on the road to the Long Apron where they were experienced a great day of shared knowledge on, food and drinks prepared in the theme of #wasted and #sustainability.
